This paper is the outcome of a consultation visit made by the World AIDS Campaign Support Team, (WACST), in March 2007,where meetings with various representatives of Zambian civil society took place. The individuals or organisations represented different constituencies including people living with HIV, women, faith, youth as well as other AIDS-service NGOs.

The World AIDS Campaign, in conjunction with the African Civil Society Coalition on HIV and AIDS convened a sub-regional Campaigner’s Meeting in southern Africa from 26 -27 September 2007 in Ezulwini, Swaziland.

This report documents the findings of an external evaluation conducted for the World AIDS Campaign to evaluate their sub-Saharan Africa programme, implemented in 2007 in Zambia, Kenya and Nigeria, and the three sub-regions of Southern Africa, Eastern Africa and Western Africa.
